About The Position
The Evergreen Inn in Vancouver, WA, an Agemark Senior Living community, is seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Associate. Agemark is recognized as a Great Place to Work and one of Fortune’s Best Workplaces for Aging Services. This role is ideal for an outgoing, organized individual who enjoys creating positive first impressions and serving as a primary point of contact. The Front Desk Associate will be the first smile residents and families encounter daily. The position requires working 16 hours a week, specifically Monday through Thursday from 5 PM to 9 PM.
Requirements

- Proficiency with basic computer systems and office tasks.
- Flexible and team-oriented mindset.

- Prior customer service or receptionist experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Welcome residents, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and direct calls promptly and courteously.
- Support the team with clerical duties such as filing, scheduling, and data entry.
- Give engaging property tours to potential residents and families.
- Keep the front desk and lobby organized, clean, and inviting.
- Jump in to cover extra shifts or weekends when available.
