Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a warm and welcoming attitude.
• Check-in members, provide access cards, and assist with inquiries.
• Handle incoming phone calls and address member questions or concerns.

• Process membership and retail sales transactions accurately.
• Enforce gym policies and safety protocols.
• Assist in resolving member issues and provide exceptional customer service.
