About The Position

Siding Unlimited is looking for a Front Desk Assistant with outstanding energy and exceptional customer service skills to handle office duties at our Waukesha location. You will be the "face" of the company for all Siding Unlimited and Outdoor Living Unlimited customers, responsible for creating a positive first impression both on the phone and in-person. We are currently seeking a motivated, customer-focused, energetic individual who brings a positive attitude and strong organizational skills to join our office team. Requirements

  • Requires excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with employees, customers, and vendors.
  • Ability to collaborate with many different teams.
  • Required competencies, customer focused, excellent attention to detail, time management and organization skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and capability in utilizing CRM systems effectively.
  • Data entry experience is an asset.
  • Ability to edit and compose business communications (i.e. e-mails, letters, service orders).
  • Capable of setting and meeting priorities in a fast-paced office setting.
  • Requires the ability to use a computer, and a variety of standard office equipment such as a telephone and copier.
  • Requires education generally equivalent to a high school diploma.
  • Requires 1-2 years of administrative/office work experience.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • Data entry experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and customers with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, transfer calls to appropriate staff, take messages, and make calls as needed.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and assisting customers in a timely manner.
  • Handle permit applications and coordinate scheduling of final inspections.
  • Support customers by coordinating services and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Schedule appointments for customer measurements and follow up as needed.
  • Verify product orders and obtain necessary acknowledgments from customers and vendors.
  • Perform miscellaneous office errands as required.
  • Provide administrative support to the Expeditor team as needed.
  • Oversee and manage product warranty processes and documentation.
  • Carry out general office duties including filing, copying, and scanning documents.
