DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary. Welcomes and directs visitors and clients. Maintains Excel files on equipment, trailers, company assets. Coordinates and schedules meetings, and appointments for managers or supervisors. Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings. Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment. Coordinates setup of office equipment, phones, department contact lists, etc. Maintains a system for recording expenses for office equipment. Performs other related duties as assigned.
