About The Position

BODY20 Dr Phillips is growing, and we’re looking for a polished, energetic, and reliable team member who can support front desk operations and coaching assistance. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who enjoys customer service, fitness, and creating an exceptional member experience. The Front Desk & Coach Associate plays a key role in delivering BODY20’s premium EMS fitness experience. This position blends hospitality, sales support, light training assistance, and studio upkeep. You’ll work closely with Coaches, Sales staff, and Management to ensure every member feels welcomed, supported, and excited to train.

Responsibilities

• Greet all members and guests with a warm, professional attitude
• Check in clients, manage bookings, answer calls, texts, and emails
• Assist with new-member onboarding, waivers, and intake forms
• Support the sales team with lead follow-up and membership questions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lobby/front desk area
• Assist Coaches with EMS session setup, suit prep, and transitions
• Help guide members through session prep and basic instructions
• Ensure safety protocols and BODY20 training standards are followed
• Reset suites and maintain EMS equipment and cleanliness
• Complete cleaning checklists and maintain studio presentation
• Assist with laundry, suit organization, and equipment preparation
• Support promotions, in-studio events, and member engagement initiatives
