What You'll Do: As a Front Desk Ambassador, you'll be the face of our hotel-greeting guests with warmth, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, and making every interaction unforgettable. You'll patrol the lobby with energy and enthusiasm, guiding guests to self-service kiosks and ensuring smooth arrivals and departures. You'll also: Deliver upbeat, personalized service that reflects our Caesars values. Handle guest inquiries and special requests with confidence and care. Maintain accuracy in cashiering and paperwork. Be a problem-solver, a smile-maker, and a memory-creator.

Requirements

A passion for people and a knack for communication.
At least 1 year of front desk or guest service experience.
Basic computer skills (6 months minimum).
Excellent verbal and written English skills.
Ability to stand for long periods and move around the lobby with ease.
Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs occasionally.
Able to work in a secondary smoke environment.
Ready to reach, stoop, twist, and crouch as needed.
