As a Front Desk Agent at Kissel Uptown Oakland, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process for all guests. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting and registering guests, managing reservations, and performing hotel operator and concierge duties.
