As a Front Desk Agent, you are an ambassador of hospitality, ensuring that every guest's journey begins and ends with a positive and memorable impression of our resort. You will greet, register, and assign rooms to guests during their check-in process, complete check-in and check-outs for all reservations, issue room keys and escort instructions to Bell Staff, and transmit and receive messages using phone, text, and teams messaging. You will also answer inquiries about hotel services, benefits, guest registration, shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions, keep records of room availability and guests' accounts, maximize room inventory, create and confirm reservations, compute bills, collect payments, and make changes for guest’s reservations and accounts. Additionally, you will balance all accounts for guest reservations, ensure all payments were accounted for, post, collect, and monitor all guests' room charges, complete due outs before the end of the shift, conduct nightly bucket checks, and be responsible for resolving all guest concerns by providing high-quality customer service.
