The Hampton Inn Monterey is seeking a Guest Relations Specialist to welcome and provide service to our guests! The ideal candidate is friendly, authentic, caring and thoughtful, and recognizes the purpose and value of the work they perform. The Front Desk Agent serves as the main point of contact for our guests, welcoming them warmly upon arrival and departure, and handling all transactions relating to check-in, check-out, cashiering and reservations. This position is full time, with a schedule that includes weekends and holidays. While experience is a plus, the most important criteria is a spirit of hospitality and desire to do little things that make a big difference. It's all about creating memorable experiences for our guests.
