About The Position

As a Front Desk Agent with Superhost Hospitality at [Hotel], you are the face of our establishment, providing exceptional service to our guests. Your responsibilities include greeting guests upon arrival and ensuring a smooth check-in process, assisting guests with inquiries, providing information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions, handling reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, managing and resolving guest concerns or issues promptly and courteously, and coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
