As a Front Desk Agent, you are an ambassador of hospitality, ensuring that every guest's journey begins and ends with a positive and memorable impression of our resort.
Responsibilities
Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests during their check-in process.
Complete check-in and check-outs for all reservations.
Issue room key and escort instructions to Bell Staff.
Transmit and receive messages, using phone, text, and teams messaging.
Date stamp, sort, and track incoming mail and messages.
Answer inquiries about hotel services, benefits, guest registration, shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions.
Keep records of room availability and guests' accounts.
Maximize Room Inventory and manage according to resort occupancy.
Create and confirm reservations.
Compute bills, collect payments, and make changes for guest’s reservations and accounts.
Balance all accounts for guest reservations, ensure all payments were accounted for.
Post, collect, and monitor all guests room charges.
Complete due outs before the end of the shift.
Conduct nightly bucket checks.
Be responsible for resolving all guest concerns, by providing high quality customer service.
Requirements
Must be able to lift up to 15lbs.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner.
