About The Position

Job Description: Full-time position Shifts: 7:00am-3:30pm and 3:00pm-11:30pm (some possible mid-shifts) Weekend availability is needed and not-negotiable At Renaissance Hotels, we believe in helping our guests discover unexpected experiences. We are seeking a professional, service-driven Front Desk Agent to join our team and serve as the face of our hotel. The Front Desk Agent is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service while efficiently managing check-in, check-out, guest inquiries, and guest requests. This role plays a critical part in shaping first and last impressions of the hotel experience.

Requirements

  • Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity
  • Hearing, writing, typing
  • Minimum lifting/pulling of 20 pounds
  • Standing for majority of shift
  • High school education required. Relevant training and experience and additional education preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming arrival experience
  • Prepare for and acknowledge our loyalty members and return guests
  • Process check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently
  • Handle room assignments, special requests, and upgrades
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and concerns
  • Maintain accurate billing and cash handling procedures
  • Promote hotel amenities, outlets, and local experiences
