About The Position

The Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Southpointe is looking for a Front Desk Agent to join their team. As a Front Desk Agent you will welcome guests and provide outstanding guest service by answering telephones, making reservations, processing check-in and checkout of guests and answering general questions about the hotel and surrounding area. The Front Desk Agent will work two over night shifts per week.

Requirements

  • Hilton Brand experience preferred
  • Should be highly organized, have strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively
  • Outstanding people skills
  • Trustworthy and results-driven
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and available for all shifts
  • Must be able to work 2 overnight shifts per week
  • May include nights, weekends and/or holidays
