About The Position

We’re looking for an engaging, detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional service to our guests. In this highly visible role, you’ll be the first and last impression — setting the tone for a stay that’s both elevated and personalized.

Requirements

  • Prior in person customer service experience required, especially in an upscale environment.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Calm, professional demeanor in fast-paced or high-pressure situations.
  • Commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction.
  • Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency during check-in/check-out.
  • Accurately manage guest reservations, payments, and folios using our property management system.
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations on hotel features and local attractions.
  • Handle guest inquiries, service requests, and concerns with confidence and care.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, engineering, and other departments to meet guest needs.
  • Uphold the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the front desk area
  • Follow all brand standards and operational procedures to maintain consistency and excellence.
