AC Hotel Sunnyvale Moffett Park, we are home to 350 rooms, distinct culinary venues, artfully curated social spaces, and a reputation for elevating the guest journey at every turn. As part of the esteemed AC Hotel brand, our property blends minimalist elegance with intuitive service in the heart of Silicon Valley. With thoughtfully designed spaces, curated amenities, and a passion for detail, our hotel is a haven for both business and leisure guests seeking a stay beyond the ordinary. We’re seeking passionate hospitality professionals to join us as Front Desk Agents—key players in delivering a welcoming, memorable, and seamless guest experience. As the first and last impression for our guests, you’ll:

Requirements

  • Love creating human connections and personalized experiences
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment
  • Communicate clearly and confidently—both in person and over the phone
  • Bring positive energy and professionalism to every interaction
  • Are detail-oriented and tech-savvy (experience with hotel systems is a plus)
  • Have customer service experience (hospitality background preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
  • Facilitate check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and poise
  • Act as a knowledgeable concierge—sharing hotel features, local insights, and personal recommendations
  • Resolve guest needs with empathy and creative problem-solving
  • Collaborate with Valet, Housekeeping, Sales, and other departments to ensure a flawless stay
  • Handle payment and room assignments with accuracy and discretion
  • Represent the AC brand with pride and service excellence
