At Marriott Vacations Worldwide (MVW), the Guest Services Agent assists in providing Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories. This role involves checking Owners/guests into their villas, reviewing property amenities, services, hours of operations, and local areas of interest and activities. The agent actively listens and responds positively to guests' questions, concerns, and requests, contacting other departments to resolve issues, and following up to ensure satisfaction. They also identify and explain room features, answer telephone calls, and may assist with bellman and runner duties. The position requires welcoming and greeting guests, anticipating and addressing their needs, interacting professionally with colleagues and guests, contributing to team goals, and following company policies and safety procedures.
