About The Position

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the face of the hotel, ensuring every guest has a seamless, welcoming experience. This role involves managing reservations and assisting guests with their needs, playing a vital part in daily hotel operations while providing top-notch customer service. Key responsibilities include safeguarding guest privacy and safety, making, editing, and confirming reservations, communicating effectively with guests and team members, efficiently operating phones and computers, gathering and interpreting reports, maintaining clean and inviting public areas, and handling cash, keys, and deposits. The position also requires assisting with other assigned duties. The company is seeking friendly, service-oriented individuals who are passionate about hospitality.

Requirements

  • Dedication, flexibility, and a positive attitude
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Ability to operate brand management software
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull cleaning carts, and frequently stand, walk, bend, or kneel
