Requirements
- High School Diploma.
- Ability to stand/walk for an 8-hour shift.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in public-facing service preferred.
Responsibilities
- Guest Service: Provide courteous service, handle concerns promptly, and ensure satisfaction.
- Operations: Manage check-ins, process payments/cash handling, and answer phones.
- Communication: Liaison between departments and management regarding guest needs.
- Safety/Productivity: Maintain safety protocols, support team members, and keep a positive environment.
