Requirements

  • 1 year experience in same or similar role.
  • Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail .
  • Ability to interact in a polite, professional, and engaging manner.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a luxury environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized guest service by managing check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and special requests with professionalism and attention to detail
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide tailored recommendations, concierge-level assistance, and prompt resolution of concerns to enhance the overall guest experience
  • Maintain accurate guest records, process payments, and handle reservations using property management systems while ensuring data confidentiality and accuracy
  • Uphold luxury brand standards by presenting a polished, welcoming demeanor and ensuring every guest interaction reflects excellence and hospitality
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and management teams to ensure seamless communication, operational efficiency, and consistently high service quality
