About The Position

Are you the kind of person who can turn a “long day of travel” into “ahhh, vacation mode”? As a Front Desk Agent at Margaritaville , you’ll be the first friendly face our guests see and the last tropical goodbye they remember. You’ll set the vibe, share island smiles, and help guests leave their worries at the door—because here, it’s always 5 o’clock somewhere.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior cash handling experience necessary
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Very good computer skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in customer service is preferred
  • Knowledge of hotel or resort operations is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with a warm island smile and smooth check-in/check-out experiences
  • Answer phones, emails, and guest inquiries with professionalism and laid-back charm
  • Provide information about the resort, amenities, local attractions, and upcoming events
  • Handle reservations, room assignments, and special requests with accuracy and care
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly, keeping the spirit of hospitality alive
  • Balance cash, process payments, and maintain accurate records
  • Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest stay
