About The Position

We are currently looking for Guest Service Agents within our Front Office Department. The Guest Service Agent serves as the welcoming face of the resort, providing exceptional guest service from arrival through departure. This role is responsible for delivering a warm, professional, and efficient check-in and check-out experience, managing guest inquiries, and maintaining smooth daily front office operations. work in a vibrant beach-resort environment the agent ensures guests feel valued, informed and cared for throughout their stay. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and passionate about creating memorable vacation experiences.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Conflict resolution experience
  • Patience and good listening skills

Responsibilities

  • Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcome
  • Recognizing repeat, VIP status and/or loyalty
  • Administering check-ins and check-outs
  • Providing front desk services to guests
  • Assigning rooms and taking care of administrative duties
  • Delivering mail and messages
  • Processing guest payments
  • Coordinating with bell service and staff management
  • Being a source of information to guests on various matters such as transport and restaurant advice
  • Accommodating general and unique requests
  • Diffusing conflict or tense situations with guests, handling guest opportunities
