About The Position

As the Front Desk Agent, your friendly, energetic and professional personality will be the face of the arrival team. Front Desk Agents have the opportunity to provide memorable guest experiences! In this position, you will assist our guests with check-in, check-out and any request they have during their stay. Your standard response will become “yes, absolutely!”. Positioned in the lobby of the resort, the Front Desk is a hub for guests to receive information and ask questions about the property and the local area attractions. We are looking for an individual with a dynamic personality to take ownership of guests from all backgrounds to make them feel welcome and appreciated.

Responsibilities
