About The Position

The Front Desk Agent is the welcoming face of the Dellshire Resort, responsible for creating a warm and inviting first impression for every guest. This position ensures an exceptional arrival and departure experience while efficiently managing guest inquiries, reservations, and requests. The Front Desk Agent plays a key role in upholding the resort’s service standards and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or related degree preferred.
  • Minimum one year of front desk, guest service, or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer and administrative skills; experience with property management systems (such as Opera or similar) preferred.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Greet all guests with professionalism, enthusiasm, and genuine hospitality.
  • Check guests in and out of the resort accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications in the property management system.
  • Provide detailed information about resort amenities, dining options, and local attractions.
  • Respond promptly to guest concerns or requests, following up to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Handle payment transactions, verify billing accuracy, and process cash or credit card payments.
  • Communicate effectively with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a well-organized and tidy front desk area, ensuring materials and supplies are stocked.
  • Adhere to all security and privacy policies to protect guest information and resort assets.
  • Uphold Dellshire Resort’s values of exceptional guest service, teamwork, and integrity in every interaction.
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager.
