Job Summary: We’re looking for a kindred spirit to join the team at Kindred Resort, a new elevated luxury property located at the base of Keystone Resort in Colorado. Kindred Resort is a visionary development with a mission to be the most welcoming luxury hospitality experience through extreme kindness and active excellence. Embedded in the resort experience is a passion for the outdoors and creating connection between guests, employees, and community. Our goal is to spark elevated experiences that welcome all kindred spirits. As the Front Desk Associates, you are the face of the hotel! You are the first point of contact for all guests and help make their stay a memorable one. If you are new to hospitality, Front Desk Associate is a great starting point with huge potential for upward mobility.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
  • At least 18 years of age

Nice To Haves

  • Previous hospitality experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in guests with warmth and efficiency
  • Process check-outs and handle billing inquiries
  • Answer phones and respond to guest requests with professionalism
  • Provide information about the resort and surrounding area
  • Maintain a polished appearance and positive demeanor
  • Support team operations and assist with special projects as needed
