About The Position
The Front Desk Agent at The Resort at Longboat Key Club is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, checking them in/out, and assisting with any inquiries or requests they may have.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge or basic computer systems
Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
