About The Position

We’re looking for a friendly, customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our Hilton family. As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll create a warm and memorable experience from check-in to check-out. If you love helping people and have a passion for hospitality, we’d love to meet you! What You’ll Do Welcome guests with a genuine smile and friendly attitude Check guests in and out, manage reservations, and handle payments Provide helpful information about hotel amenities and local attractions Answer calls, handle guest requests, and resolve concerns with care Work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth guest experience

Requirements

  • 2 years prior front desk, receptionist, or hospitality experience preferred
  • A positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Great attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Hilton PEP system a plus
