What you will have an opportunity to do: FRONT DESK AGENT Step Into Hospitality — One Guest at a Time! Do you light up a room with your smile? Are you the type of person who can make someone’s day with a warm welcome and a helpful attitude? If so, we want you at our front desk! We’re looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic evening team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone exploring a future in the hospitality industry — all while working in a fast-paced, people-centered environment!

Requirements

Friendly, upbeat personality
Eager to learn and grow in the hotel/hospitality industry
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Comfortable with computers and tech-savvy tools
Evening availability (3pm – 11pm preferred)
At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction
Ability to solve problems when they arise.
Ability to work in a team environment is a must.
Pleasant and helpful personality.
A strong desire to make an impact on other people
An outgoing and engaging personality
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

Hospitality industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Greet and check in guests with a smile
Assist with reservations, room assignments, and guest questions
Handle minor requests and solve problems like a hospitality superhero
Learn hotel systems, guest service protocols, and the magic of making someone feel at home
Collaborate with a supportive, fun, and friendly front office team
