About The Position

The Edgewater Hotel is seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team! The Front Desk Agent's duties will include (but not limited to): Provide excellent guest service and problem resolution to AAA Four Diamond standards. Check guests in and out. Follow checklists, run reports, handle cash and other payments, make reservations for walk ins. Effectively communicate guest requests to other departments, and resolve guest issues promptly with a positive outcome. SCHEDULE: Shifts are as early as 7:00am and end as late as 11:00pm. This position will require mostly PM shifts, including weekends and holidays. This is a seasonal position of expected dates being 5/1 to 9/1. Requirements

  • Must have customer service experience and computer skills.
  • Personable and professional phone demeanor and clear enunciation.

Nice To Haves

  • Hotel experience with a similar property is preferred.
  • Springer Miller knowledge a plus!
