Front Desk Agent- Dual Hotel! Weekends Required

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with efficiency, warmth, and professionalism.
- Maintain the highest level of service and hospitality throughout each interaction.
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and ensure complete satisfaction.
- Accurately post charges, handle payments, and follow all cash-handling procedures.
- Manage guest mail and messages with professionalism and discretion.
- Stay knowledgeable about our hotel brand, programs, and special offers.
- Communicate guest needs and feedback clearly to other departments and management.
- Answer calls, assist lobby visitors, and support team members promptly.
- Know and follow all hotel safety and emergency procedures.
