What will you do in this job? Safety, anticipating guest needs, honoring our surroundings and bringing your best every day are the core values we live by in order to provide dynamic guest service at the Denali Cabins. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for registering guests, maintaining accurate room inventories, creating guest reservations and taking sales calls. You will have a range of duties and responsibilities to include:
Requirements
- Excellent guest service skills
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Organization and leadership skills and abilities
- One year guest service or front desk experience
Responsibilities
- Greet and register guests while maintaining accurate room inventories
- Answer any guest inquiries related to lodging or local attractions
- Sell Denali vendor products
- Interact daily with guests and visitors in a positive demeanor
