Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); prior guest services or administrative experience helpful; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- The employee is occasionally required to lift/pull/push up to 50 pounds with assistance.
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member who works well with others
- Strong interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities
- Comprehension of all Front Desk operations.
- Effectively resolves problems for guests.
- Continuously maintains five-star standards while offering above and beyond service for our guest.
- Constant awareness of all facilities, services and hours of operation.
- Responsible for thorough guest registration and efficient check out.
- Responsible for receiving forms of payment and accurately posting to guest accounts.
- Posts charges accurately.
- Balances his/her bank accurately and follow company policies regarding check acceptance.
- Maintains his/her station and keeps desk organized and stocked at all times.
- Passes on all information and charges to upcoming shifts.
- Ensures completion of daily agent jobs.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned.
