Be an ambassador to and advocate for the guest experience, from arrival to departure and everything in between. To act as a liaison between the property, the city, the state and the resort guests. This will include directing the guests to any department on property for assistance; to assist the guests in any way, to include reservations, on and off property (i.e., for sleeping rooms, dinner, sports, theater, etc.), arrange transportation to and from the airport, around town, around the state and to assist guests with any services they may need.
