About The Position
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our casino hotel team. The Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact for our guests and plays a key role in delivering exceptional guest service while ensuring smooth hotel operations in a fast-paced, 24/7 casino environment.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED required/ equivalent required.
- Prior customer service/guest service required.
- Must be 18 years of age.
Nice To Haves
- Prior work experience in the hotel or related field preferred.
- Proficiency testing may apply.
- Tribal preference will be give to qualified applicants.
Responsibilities
- accommodate guests by registering and assigning rooms to guests
- issuing room keys
- transmitting and receiving messages
- keeping records of occupied rooms and guests' accounts
- making and confirming reservations
- presenting statements to and collecting payments from departing guests
