Requirements

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately
  • Answer phones and respond to guest requests promptly
  • Assist with room changes, late checkouts, and billing inquiries
  • Promote the Guest Loyalty Program
  • Handle cash and maintain accurate reports
  • Provide information about resort amenities and local attractions
  • Maintain guest activity logs and ensure follow-up
  • Support guest satisfaction and service recovery when needed
