Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality management preferred(Hilton)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Proficiency in using phone systems and computer software
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
  • Knowledge of front desk operations and guest relations
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Check guests in and out efficiently
  • Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries
  • Handle guest requests and concerns promptly
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Provide information about hotel services and amenities
  • Assist with night audit procedures as needed
  • Maintain a clean and tidy front desk area

Benefits
