Requirements

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably in resort or hotel settings
  • Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
  • Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team
  • Knowledge of night audit procedures and guest relations best practices
  • Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and professional demeanor
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily front desk activities, including check-in/check-out procedures and guest inquiries
  • Lead and motivate front desk staff to deliver outstanding guest services and maintain high standards of hospitality
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, handle reservations, cancellations, and guest requests with professionalism and courtesy
  • Oversee night audit operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and reconciliation
  • Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and effectively
  • Ensure adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and safety protocols
  • Assist in training new team members on front desk operations, phone etiquette, and customer service standards
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to ensure smooth hotel operations
  • Maintain a welcoming environment that promotes guest loyalty and positive reviews
