Riggs Washington DC is situated in a historic building on Penn Quarter’s 9th and F Street, which was formerly Riggs National Bank. The hotel features 181 guest rooms, each designed with a playful nod to the building’s legacy. It is home to Café Riggs, a European brasserie-inspired restaurant, and Silver Lyan, a subterranean bar by the acclaimed Ryan Chetiyawardana (Mr Lyan). Requirements

Responsibilities

Welcome guests in a warm, personable, sincere, and friendly manner.
Post charges to appropriate guest accounts.
Anticipate guests' needs, create personal and memorable experience and solutions.
Assist operators and reservations as needed.
Collaborate and communicate with all departments to ensure seamless guest satisfaction.
Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Perform all other duties requested by Front Office Leaders.
