Guest Experience Experts are expected to deliver a wide range of services, guiding guests throughout their stay. They are empowered to handle operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share local area highlights, making all transactions feel like part of the overall experience. Critical aspects of the job include maintaining a safe workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures, ensuring confidentiality, protecting company assets, upholding quality standards, and maintaining a professional appearance and communication style. The role requires physical activity, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. Delivering these duties effectively is crucial for guest satisfaction and business success.
