About The Position

This role, referred to as a Guest Experience Expert, goes beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures to create memorable and unique guest experiences. Guest Experience Experts are expected to deliver a wide range of services, guiding guests throughout their stay. They are empowered to handle operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share local area highlights, making all transactions feel like part of the overall experience. Critical aspects of the job include maintaining a safe workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures, ensuring confidentiality, protecting company assets, upholding quality standards, and maintaining a professional appearance and communication style. The role requires physical activity, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. Delivering these duties effectively is crucial for guest satisfaction and business success. The role also involves ensuring the "Gold Standards" of The Ritz-Carlton are delivered graciously and thoughtfully every day, and learning and exemplifying these standards, including the Employee Promise, Credo, and Service Values.
