In this role, you will be responsible for assisting resort guests during their check-in, stay, & check out while providing a beyond expectation resort experience to all guests.    As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You’ll be responsible for providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years’ front desk/guest service experience
  • Open availability including overnights
  • Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary
  • Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying issues

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of guests during their check-in, stay, & check out
  • Fully comprehend and operate all relevant aspects of the Front Desk computer system, copiers, fax machines and other office equipment
  • Ensure that all guests are checked in/out in a friendly, efficient, courteous and confidential manner based on resort standards
  • Ensure logging and delivery of packages, mail and messages to guests and meeting rooms
  • Answer guest inquiries about resort services, facilities and hours of operation in a timely manner.
