Responsibilities

• Learn and adapt into our LEAN culture.
• Work and communicate effectively with other TEAM members.
• Provide friendly, efficient, and courteous customer service to guests from arrival to departure, while maximizing room occupancy.
• Ensure all check-ins and check-outs are handled in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner.
• Maintain full knowledge of Ambiente's services and offerings to maximize guest experiences and provide awareness of the services available on property.
• Provide information about local area activities and events, transportation, restaurants, and tours.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Serve customers with unrivaled quality.
• Have a Continuous Improvement/LEAN mindset in everything you do, every day.
