About The Position

Requirements

• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide recommendations to guests.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are balanced at the end of the day.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
