About The Position

HazTek Safety Management is seeking one to two Front Desk Administrators to support a long-term construction project in Wilmington, DE. This role will be fully onsite and stationed in the project’s Welcome Center trailer, serving as the first point of contact for incoming visitors and craft personnel. Requirements

2+ years of administrative, front desk, or customer-facing experience
Strong communication skills and professional presence
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a construction environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic systems
