We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable front desk & accounting support professional to provide essential office assistance and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role includes a variety of administrative and clerical tasks such as answering and directing incoming calls, greeting clients, managing office supplies, maintaining a professional office appearance, handling mail and correspondence, and supporting basic bookkeeping functions.

  • Answer phones and direct calls
  • Greet visitors & clients and answer inquiries about company
  • Maintain appearance of reception area, conference rooms, and general office area throughout the day
  • Receive, sort and distribute mail/parcels and deliveries
  • Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, copying, scanning, and administrative duties
  • Set up meeting rooms and organize catering
  • Troubleshoot technology
  • Procure supplies and restock
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative or clerical role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Excellent customer service skills required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Business or accounting background preferred
  • General technology knowledge preferred
