About The Position

WCTractor is an established equipment dealership with multiple locations across Texas and a long history of local family ownership. When you join Normangee Tractor, a division of WCTractor, you'll be part of a small, close-knit team that takes care of its customers and each other. We offer a competitive pay structure and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, prescription, supplemental and life insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more. If you've been around tractors, hay equipment, or ranch life and you're the kind of person who can figure things out and doesn't mind rolling up your sleeves, you'll fit in here. As a Parts Sales Representative in Normangee, you'll spend most of your time at the parts counter, helping customers get what they need to keep their equipment running. You'll also help keep the parts department organized and ready for the next rush. This is a customer-facing role in a small-town store. Most days you'll see a mix of cattle ranchers, small acreage owners, hay customers, and "weekend warriors" picking up what they need to take care of their place.
