Team Members are essential to ensuring excellent hospitality, efficient food service, restaurant cleanliness, high food quality, and adherence to food safety standards in both the restaurant and storage areas. Typically, Team Members work an average of three to four shifts per week, with each shift lasting approximately three to five hours. However, the number of shifts and hours may vary depending on the time of year and the specific needs of the business. Availability to work most Fridays and Saturdays, as well as during peak holiday seasons, is required. Please note that Chick-fil-A is closed on Sundays.
