Summary of Job: Front Counter Associates get to be the real life face behind our classic happy face cookies and are the front line ambassadors bringing joy to our community through cookies, cakes, donuts, and more! Hours: Part time Days vary Monday - Saturday (closed Sundays) Shift is flexible and can be between the hours of 10:00 am - 5:00 pm We are flexible and can accommodate varying schedules to fit your lifestyle!

Requirements

Available to work Saturdays
Ability to frequently lift 25 pounds
Ability to bend, stoop and stand for up to 8 hour shifts
Basic computer skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Strong verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail

Nice To Haves

Previous cash handling experience preferred
Previous customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

Connect with Busken guests to provide legendary customer service experiences in-person, via phone, and via email
Keep a positive attitude and always be alert when guests enter the bakery
Know and effectively execute all cash handling procedures
Package baked goods as needed and label accordingly
Assist with daily and weekly cleaning requirements
Follow all safety and sanitation regulations in accordance with
