About The Position

Helps customers at the counter with tool orders, estimates, inventory, etc. Accurately fulfill orders to be shipped to customers Receives incoming repairs and creates proper documentation Provides customer with quality customer service demonstrating a sense of urgency Supports customer service needs onsite, as well as through phone support and e-mail communication Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be reliable
  • Ability to prioritize work and perform multiple tasks
  • Experience in handling difficult customer service situations
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Physical dexterity for use of tools and ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Analytical ability including basic math skills

Nice To Haves

  • Prior warehouse, distribution, pallet jack experience preferred
