About The Position

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is a focused facial bar specializing in all things face; facials, lashes, brows and skincare. Our modern, open concept spaces promote a welcoming and relaxing environment. There is a ton of growth potential within FACE FOUNDRIÉ.! The Front Bar Receptionist is responsible for creating a welcoming and positive experience for every guest that comes through the door! They are responsible for maintaining a positive environment that maintains and exceeds standards in guest services, phone etiquette and product and service recommendations. As a Front Bar Receptionist you will perform the following critical functions.

Requirements

Guest Service Experience
Sales and Marketing Experience

Salon Experience
Current Esthetics Students are preferred

Responsibilities

Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain standards of FACE FOUNDRIÉ.
Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.
Responsible for maintaining an organized schedule.
Explain, sell, recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
Work with the manager to notify when supplies of any kind are low to ensure we have all items on hand.
Assist in all in store operational processes.
Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.
Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.
Follow all safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures before, during and after services; ensure board compliance at all times.
Responsible for keeping the store clean and fully stocked at all times.
