Join our dedicated team at Mercy Housing & Shelter as the Friendship Center Supervisor- lead in a vital role that directly impacts client services. This role ensures our day-to-day Shelter and soup kitchen operate with compassion, safety and purpose. Help create a safe space where individuals experiencing homelessness and food insecurity feel seen, supported and respected. As the Supervisor, you’ll navigate the daily operations of the Friendship Center, supporting both guests and your team while keeping the day shelter running smoothly. You’ll manage with confidence not only team members but also coordinate with volunteers and collaborate with outreach and service providers to meet guest’s immediate and long-term needs. Accurate and consistent daily data reporting is a core responsibility of this role that our organization heavily relies on. Strong attention to detail is essential, as data collection and entry directly impact and support client services, guide program decisions and ensure outcome tracking is based on reliable, high-quality information.
