About The Position

Manage labor, equipment, and processes associated with SBK Sanitation operations in order to meet daily cleaning goals. Ensure quality, documentation, sanitation, and food safety standards are met while promoting a culture of employee and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
Minimum 5 years' experience working in a production/supply chain environment required
Minimum 1-year supervisory experience required

Nice To Haves

Certificate or Degree in Food Science or Food Safety preferred
Previous experience in food manufacturing/production preferred

Responsibilities

Define measureable, individual performance goals, monitor and communicate via regular feedback and annual performance reviews.
Provide developmental opportunities for all direct reports.
Coach direct reports to maximize development of internal talent.
Schedule and supervise labor and equipment associated with all facility and equipment sanitation.
Promote a culture of customer service and satisfaction by creating, communicating, training and maintaining standard operating procedures for every task within the department and to produce products of the highest quality and food safety. Promote an environment of accountability for all activities performed in the department.
Monitor compliance with all applicable regulatory (OSHA, USDA, HACCP, Health Department, and Department of Labor) requirements as well as Sheetz policies/procedures.
Support continuous improvement efforts throughout the Supply Chain. Encourage employee involvement in continuous improvement by promoting process ownership and teamwork.
Monitor and create reports on operational performance metrics.
Assist in new product development projects for successful product launches.
